Fun Facts about me:

  • I come from a family lineage of doctors of Chinese medicine and western medicine and am a third generation TCM/acupuncturist in Canada
  • I grew up with needles.  Ever since childhood, I would receive needles from my dad if I had a tummy ache, headache, sprained ankle, fatigue, etc.  I had perfect school attendance for over 10 years.   It has influenced me to become the acupuncturist I am today.
  • There’s always some kind of music playing in my home.  We have a home with so many different kinds of instruments that it could be transformed into a music school. My kids and I love singing, listening and playing music from morning until night.  We also make lots of creative instruments through arts and craft.  Who knows, one day, it might be out there.
  • I love to travel via any mode of transportation:  plane, train, car and foot!  I travel because the best education is one you experience. I will find beauty and excitement in the experience.  I collect moments not things.
  • I am a mom.  I currently spend lots of time with my two girls A and C.  They are the love of my life.  We love to bike, hike, fly kites, run, skate and lie on the grass and look into the skies.  Simple things are the best things in life.  As my little one repeats each day, breathe in and breathe out.   Smile.  I am learning that the best gift I can give to my family is a healthy me.  As I strive for a healthier lifestyle, I want to help others become healthy and whole.
